Today's episode might cause a bit of a stir because of the spicy take Pastor Kenny shares. We've all heard stories and probably even seen them play out where a Pastor gets fired from his role. Many times, it starts with a couple of upset people who rally together and quickly work to oust their Shepherd. Listen as Pastor Kenny takes the stance that The Sheep Can't Fire The Sheperd.
Through this conversation, we discuss Church polity, who can fire the Shepherd and who can hire the Shepherd! We look forward to having further dialouge with you on this important topic.
