Show Notes

This Mother's Day, we explored a powerful truth: God doesn't want our endless sacrifices or exhausting efforts to prove ourselves worthy. Like a child simply crawling into their father's lap just to be close, God desires our hearts—not our performance.

The book of Leviticus shows us an exhausting system of sacrifices that could never truly make us right with God. But Jesus changed everything. Hebrews 10:10 declares: "By that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once and for all."
