Show Notes

On the seventh day, God rested. Rest is a critical piece of who we are. We often fail to rest properly, and all areas of our lives are affected by it. How do we find rest in the chaos of our world?

There is a Rythym to Rest that God instituted from the beginning and we missed it.

Jesus tells us that his yoke is easy and his burden is light. Join us as we learn more about rest from a biblical perspective and how we can apply it to our everyday lives. Pastor Kenny uses this teaching to help us understand why we are free to rest in Christ, and how surrendering our busyness to him allows Him to move in our hearts.
