Show Notes

We kicked off our series "Father, Forgive Them Because I Can’t" by examining the lives of Isaac, Jacob, and Esau.

The wound of betrayal is deep, and the act of true forgiveness has to be wrestled with daily. Esau chose not to let what happened to him determine the trajectory of his life. Praise God for the power of forgiveness that He first showed us by sending His Son as a sacrifice for our sins!

While forgiveness isn’t immediate in our flesh, it releases us from the bondage of control and allows the Lord to do a radical work in our hearts and in the lives of those who have hurt us.
